GENERAL CONTRACTING: With our network of professional contractors, we can provide and manage all of the trades required to produce a complete Turn Key project, including the Design, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Restaurant Equipment and installation. We’ll hand you the keys.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: We’ll manage all aspects of the project. Following a Critical Path model, all work adheres to a pre-determined schedule. Our superintendents are on site daily to ensure quality control and that your project is completed on time and within budget. You’ll know when it will be done and how much it will cost.
CONSTRUCTION: Our skilled tradesmen can perform any part or all of the construction required to complete your project, including demolition, wood and metal stud framing, drywall installation and finishing, suspended ceilings, rough and finish carpentry, millwork and casework fabrication, equipment and fixture installation.
SITE SECURITY: We employ our mobile surveillance system on every project. This provides you with 24 hours of recorded video plus live remote monitoring of your project site from any computer or smart device. With four remotely controlled PTZ Cameras located throughout the site you can monitor any area of your project at any time and from anywhere.
